I worked with Lisa to help execute a major career pivot – and it worked out really well. Lisa took me right back to ground level to rethink my values and what I wanted from my career. From there, we plotted a plan that was stretching but doable - and had the flex and resilience within it to weather the inevitable knock-backs. One year into the pivot and I am exactly where I wanted to be.
