This privacy policy sets out how Ringwood Edge Ltd uses and protects any information that you supply when you use this website or engage coaching services.

Ringwood Edge Ltd takes the responsibilities under both the General Data Protection Regulations (which is taken to mean the GDPR/UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018 very seriously. You can be assured that your information will be used appropriately and in a lawful manner and always in line with data protection legislation.   • information relevant to a coaching relationship

  • demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests

 

The information above will not be made available to any third parties save for purposes necessary in order to fulfil Ringwood Edge Ltd contractual obligations to you. Where information is shared, it will be done on strictly need-to-know basis and limited to what is necessary.

What does Ringwood Edge Ltd do with the information gathered?

 

When accessing The Pivot Point Coach website, Strictly necessary cookies will be used in order to allow basic functionality. Information collect through the either the website or engaging coaching services may be used for the following reasons;

 

  • Delivery of professional Coaching and Mentoring Services

  • Internal record keeping and Business Administration

  • Supervision and Continued Professional Development

  • Improving Ringwood Edge Ltd products and services

  • Periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information that you may find interesting

The only third parties which your personal data may be shared with, will be third parties which Ringwood Edge Limited have a contractual relationship with. The personal data will only be shared in order to facilitate completion of contractual duties or obligations to the client.

How long will Ringwood Edge Ltd retain the data for?

Notwithstanding the above, personal data collected as a client of Ringwood Edge Ltd will be held for a maximum of 5 years before it is deleted. Retaining data for 5 years expedites the onboarding process should you wish to engage coaching services in the future. You have the right to request that your personal data is deleted when you are no longer engaging with Ringwood Edge Ltd services.
