During my time with Lisa as an executive coach, she assisted me through a period of change regarding my career path. Our sessions were professional, insightful and allowed me to investigate my options and decide how I wished to move forward in my career.

 

Her ability to keep me in the moment and discuss the more difficult parts of my decision-making process were outstanding.  I have a high level of self-awareness, and I know that I can dominate a conversation, or take it in a different direction if the topic is "uncomfortable".  Lisa kept bringing me back to her questions, and the main topic without being domineering, which is no easy task with me.

 

She provided me with models and concepts that allowed me to view things from different perspectives, and she coached me effectively through to the decisions that I made in moving forward.

 

The sessions were timely, effective and her level of understanding at the C Suite level showed through in her presentation and level of questioning that she used.  She is calm, reassuring, but strong in her delivery, which is a good combination of pushing through barriers to see different views with insightful and well-structured questioning.

 

She has excellent communication skills, and her ability to listen to the conversation and read between the lines is without question.  She has made me think about myself, my career and my future in a way I would not have been able to on my own.
